The splendid Puccini season in Torre del Lago resumes with the Puccini 2020 Festival.

The festival has reached its sixty-sixth edition and despite this year being somewhat reduced due to the pandemic; however, it is full of various musical and cultural events to be enjoyed in complete safety without giving up the splendid atmosphere of the opera on Lake Massaciuccoli.

Puccini’s works that will be staged this year at the Giacomo Puccini Open Air Theater will be Tosca on 6th and 14th August, and Madama Butterfly on 8th and 21st August.

In addition, during the months of July and August there will be other events not to be missed such as concerts inspired by the works of the master Puccini; and film screenings to be held at the Viareggio Carnival Citadel.
