I personally used this company the whole 2 weeks that I have been here with my friends. We fell in love with our driver and requested that he be our driver the entire time, Francesco. I’ve adopted him as my Italian son, LOL. This company is professional, punctual and their customer service is 5 star. We did day tours to Firenze (twice), Siena and San Gimignano, Assisi, Volterra, Pisa, Cinque Terre, the marble and cave tour, wine tasting in the Chianti region. I used them in the past when I was in the travel industry but this was my first time personally experiencing their service. I was not disappointed. Highly recommend.
